Start Enrollment at Advance Spectrum Center

We’re excited to welcome new families to Advance Spectrum Center. Before applying for our ABA therapy program, please review the following enrollment requirements to ensure a smooth and successful start.

Enrollment Requirements

  1. Autism Diagnosis
    Your child must have a formal medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), received within the past 12 months.
  2. Insurance Coverage
    Families must have active insurance that covers autism-related therapies, including ABA, EIBI, or EIDBI. For details on accepted insurance plans, please contact our office.
  3. Minimum Commitment
    A minimum commitment of 6 months of consistent attendance is required to ensure meaningful progress.
  4. Family Participation
    Parental involvement is vital. This includes:
    • Participation in intake and quarterly treatment planning meetings
    • Monthly family training sessions
    • Attendance at parent education and support groups
  5. Transportation
    Families are responsible for arranging transportation to and from our Columbia Heights center. We’re happy to assist with information about local resources.
  6. Dietary Considerations (if applicable)
    If your child has dietary needs that affect therapy, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations.

Enrollment Process

  1. Download & Complete the Application Form
    Access our enrollment form on our website, fill it out, and gather the following documents:
    • Autism diagnosis report
    • Insurance card copies
    • Any relevant medical records
  2. Submit Your Application
    Email your completed form and supporting documents to: info@advancespectrumcenter.com
  3. Insurance Verification
    Our team will confirm coverage and benefits with your insurance provider.
  4. Schedule an Intake Interview
    Our Intake Coordinator will contact you to schedule a clinical intake session and provide a guided tour of our center.
  5. Clinical Review & Waitlist Placement
    After the intake interview, your child’s information will be reviewed by our Clinical Team. If appropriate, your child will be added to our waitlist based on availability and clinical recommendations.
